Delete your SkyJoin account

You can delete your SkyJoin account yourself at any time, immediately – in the Android and iPhone apps as well as in the web app.

How to do it in the app

  1. Open SkyJoin and log in (or open app.skyjoin.de in your browser).
  2. Tap Profile at the bottom (on a computer or tablet: on the left).
  3. Open Settings & account.
  4. At the very bottom, choose Delete account and confirm with your password.

Can’t log in anymore?

If you forgot your password, reset it via “Forgot password?” on the login screen and then delete the account. Alternatively, email us from your account’s email address at info@skyjoin.de with the subject “Delete account”. We will delete the account within 7 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

  • your account with email address and password hash,
  • your profile with photo, age, vibe and all other information,
  • all trips you started, including their crew chats,
  • your crew requests and memberships,
  • all messages you wrote and your private chats,
  • your blocks and login sessions.

What may be kept

The data disappears automatically from our backups within 14 days. Reports that others made about your account may be kept for up to 12 months to clarify violations – without a link to an existing account.
